We export to PDF, CSV, and the formats QuickBooks, Lacerte, and Drake import directly. Your CPA can also be invited as a read-only collaborator.
A trained bookkeeper reviews any AI decision marked low-confidence — typically 3–5% of transactions. They also do a monthly close on your books. You will see who reviewed what, and when, in your activity log.
Bank connections go through Plaid, the same standard your bank uses. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Rentopilot is SOC 2 Type II.
